January Frost and Georgie Kicks Up His Heels
We've been waking up to freezing weather around here lately. The kind of weather that you want to pull the covers up around your chin and stay snuggled up in bed just a little while longer.
The freeze chased away the rain and brought out the sun which covered a frosty landscape with glittery sparkles in the trees and on the grass.
See what I mean, it was all so beautiful!
So with the sun on our backs Georgie and I went outside to play.
First thing he did was poke his nose down a mole hole....dug up dirt flying in all directions.
Then he looked up at me with a big ole doggy grin..."ha ha ha ha" he said and took off at a flying run all the way up and back down the hill again.
The lessons we could learn from our pets if we only took the time. They are so great at living in the moment, don't you think?
